Committee of Interns and Residents/Service Employee International Union (CIR/SEIU)
The first systemwide collective bargaining agreement between the University of California and the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR-SEIU) has been ratified. The agreement combines eight local contracts into one systemwide contract and is effective July 16, 2026 – June 30, 2030. The parties are completing the final contract document, which will be posted to this page once it is available.
