Medical
UC’s medical plans offer comprehensive coverage with premiums that are adjusted by salary to ensure affordability. Every plan but the Kaiser HMO offers access to world-class UC providers.
UC-paid dental and vision
For eligible employees, UC fully covers the cost of your dental HMO or PPO (your choice) and vision insurance.
Disability, life and more
UC provides basic disability and life insurance coverage. You have the option to enroll in tax savings programs and additional insurance coverage.
