Adoption assistance
UC’s Adoption Assistance Plan, administered by WEX Health, provides financial support for faculty and staff who are expanding their families through adoption, with reimbursement of up to $5,000 of eligible expenses.
Dependent care flexible spending account (DepCare FSA)
The DepCare FSA allows you to set aside money from your paycheck pretax to pay for eligible dependent care expenses. To save for health care expenses, check out the Health Care FSA.

UC provides a comprehensive identity protection program through Experian, paid for by UC, for UC retirees and employees and their dependent children up to age 18.

ARAG Legal Insurance provides a wide range of legal services for a small monthly premium. You can enroll as a new employee or during Open Enrollment each year.
