Federated University Police Officers Association (“FUPOA”) Public Notices

The current collective bargaining agreement between the University of California (UC), and the Federated University Police Officers Association (“FUPOA”), provides for successor contract negotiations in 2021. Systemwide bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.

The University will convene initial public notice meetings on October 20, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm via Zoom https://UCOP.zoom.us/j/99947119223 and/or telephone at +16692192599, 99947119223# US (Meeting ID#) and November 3, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm via Zoom https://UCOP.zoom.us/j/92579649392  and/or telephone at +16692192599, 92579649392# US (Meeting ID#). Copies of initial bargaining proposals will be available at the meetings via e-mail. Interested members of the public may secure copies of initial bargaining proposals from both parties or online at https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu.
