On Feb. 24, UC President Michael V. Drake, M.D., held his first-ever systemwide UC Town Hall for all UC staff.
In conversation with Priya Lakireddy and Jo Mackness — staff advisor and staff advisor-designate to the UC Regents — President Drake answered questions from UC staff. The substantive conversation covered many areas of interest for the UC staff community. Some of the many topics they discussed were:- Staff pay raises
- Workforce diversity
- Hybrid work
- Community safety
- Affirmative action
