The Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA)‘s Winter Quarter meeting, hosted by UC Davis and UC Davis Health, took place from March 5 to March 7, 2025.

Presentations featured UC and California leaders, including UC Davis Chancellor Gary S. May, California State Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry and UC Student Association President Aditi Hariharan.

Throughout the event, CUCSA delegates focused on policy and advocacy work around their goals of ensuring that the university:

  • Recognizes the effects of staffing constraints on non-represented staff, and advances efficient practices to support sustainable workloads
  • Exercises fair, competitive and transparent compensation practices that attract, retain and motivate high-quality staff
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the holistic well-being of university staff
