Council of UC Staff Assemblies shares quarterly meeting update

The Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA)‘s Winter Quarter meeting, hosted by UC Davis and UC Davis Health, took place from March 5 to March 7, 2025.
Presentations featured UC and California leaders, including UC Davis Chancellor Gary S. May, California State Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry and UC Student Association President Aditi Hariharan.
Throughout the event, CUCSA delegates focused on policy and advocacy work around their goals of ensuring that the university:
- Recognizes the effects of staffing constraints on non-represented staff, and advances efficient practices to support sustainable workloads
- Exercises fair, competitive and transparent compensation practices that attract, retain and motivate high-quality staff
- Demonstrates a commitment to the holistic well-being of university staff
