UC and the Teamsters have agreed to extend the current contract through 11:59 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9, 2016 while the two sides continue negotiating a new agreement covering the university’s more than 11,000 clerical employees.
The current contract originally expired on Nov. 30, 2016.
The university will provide additional updates as they are available.
