PUBLIC NOTICE – 2026 Successor Bargaining between UC and Federated University Police Officers Association (PA Unit)

The current collective bargaining agreement between the University of California and Federated University Police Officers Association (FUPOA – PA Unit), provides for successor contract negotiations in 2026. Bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.
The University will convene two initial public notices meetings on:
- Monday, February 9th, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. via Zoom
- Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. via Zoom
Interested members of the public may review copies of initial bargaining proposals from both parties online.
