UCnet has a new look and structure, designed to showcase — and help you navigate — the many benefits of being part of a unique community that transforms lives and helps solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. With clear navigation and accessible, responsive design, the redesigned UCnet makes it easy to find what you need, whether you’re on your computer, tablet or phone, or using assistive technology.

To the thousands of you who helped guide the UCnet redesign with your feedback — through our survey, focus groups and stakeholder interviews — thank you! Your insights were invaluable.

Here’s a quick guide to the new site:

  • Start at the homepage to find top UC news or sign in to your benefits accounts. Select your role (under “Have questions? Start here”), and you’ll automatically see the benefits accounts that apply to you.
  • Hover over the main menu at the top of the site (or, on your phone, open the menu at the upper right) for links that quickly take you to UCnet’s new content sections, including the retiree homepage.
  • Bookmark the retiree homepage — the new UCnet home for news, benefits and opportunities to stay engaged with UC.
  • If you’re lost, menus on each page — on the right-hand side (or the bottom if you’re on your phone) — help you find your way, showing what section you’re in and what other information you can find in that section.
  • Search — available at the top of the site (or the top of your menu, if you’re on a phone) — is always your friend. You can filter your search results by type (such as web page or PDF) to find what you need more easily.

Let us hear from you!

Please contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for or have a comment about the new site — we’d love to hear from you!
