UC shines in Forbes’ “America’s Best-In-State Employers” for 2024
In August, Forbes released its “America’s Best-In-State Employers” rankings for 2024. Based on an independent survey of over 160,000 employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S., the survey was open to companies from all industry sectors and included around 4.4 million employer evaluations.
An employer’s final score is built upon two types of evaluations — personal employee evaluations, which assess their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family, and public evaluations from employees’ friends and family members, as well as members of the public who work in the same industry.
