Free Microsoft Copilot training offered to UC employees

Microsoft is offering a series of free Copilot trainings, open to all UC staff.

The UCOP Digital Information and Technology team has partnered with Microsoft to offer free Copilot training for UC employees! Join Microsoft instructors for live trainings that will help you understand Copilot and transform the way you work.

  • Learn simple tips for using AI more effectively from AI experts.
  • Find out how to work smarter with secure AI-powered tools.
  • Discover time-saving tricks to boost your productivity.

Create a profile to get started with online trainings

Create a learner profile on the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative website:

  • Enter your email address.
  • Sign in with single sign-on.
  • Read and agree to the Organizational Skilling Learning Opportunities Agreement
  • On the following page, complete and submit your learning preferences and preferred email, then select Save Changes.
  • On the next page, you should see the Sept. 1 course. Register for other upcoming classes using the links below.
  • During the registration process, you’ll have an opportunity to submit disability-related accommodation requests.

Led by senior Microsoft Technical Training team members, these collaborative sessions are designed for professionals looking to sharpen their skills and discover how Microsoft Copilot can enhance productivity and creativity across their daily workflows.

All courses take place online from 12 – 1 p.m. (PT). Select each course name to register.
