My partner and I plan to welcome our first child next year. How can I learn about parental leave and other support for new parents?

Baby benefits are always a hot topic. And, while there’s no one-size-fits-all answer (some policies vary by campus), UC offers many resources for expectant parents — including helpful roadmaps to navigate having a baby or adopting a child. Contact your campus benefits representative for location-specific policies.

Having a baby
