Public Notice – UC San Francisco and San Francisco Building and Construction Trades Council (Union) (K2) Successor Bargaining

The Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act, which governs collective bargaining of higher education employers in the state of California, requires that the university as the employer provide notice to the public before it begins negotiations with an exclusive representative.

The University of California, San Francisco and the San Francisco Building and Construction Trades Council covering approximately 57 employees at the San Francisco campus, will negotiate a successor contract for this Unit.   Local bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.

The University will convene initial public notice meetings on November 14, 2025 10:30a-12:00p and November 21, 2025 10:30a-12:00p    Both meetings will be held via zoom.  The zoom information is as follows:
