The University of California (UC) and University Professional and Technical Employees (UPTE) have agreed to conduct local negotiations related to wages for employees at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) in 2021. Local bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled as outlined below.
The University (LBNL) will convene virtual initial public notice meetings on September 13, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and September 24, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, via teleconference (Zoom). The meeting links are included below. The second meeting will include adoption of proposals.
