UPDATE: To ensure as many people as possible are able to participate, the deadline for responding to the survey has been extended to June 9. Check your email to see if you were invited to participate.
If you were invited to participate in UC’s systemwide engagement survey, don’t miss this opportunity to share your feedback – the survey closes at the end of the day on Friday, June 9. Your participation is important, helping UC continue to improve through a better understanding of the experiences, views and needs of its non-represented (policy-covered) staff.
Meaningful survey results depend on the responses of as many participants as possible. The response rate for the 2015 engagement survey was 46 percent, and the goal is to hear from even more staff members this year. Every voice truly does matter.
The survey is completely confidential. Individual responses to the survey and personally identifying information will not be shared with UC.
The survey was developed by the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) in collaboration with systemwide Human Resources’ Employee Relations department and Willis Towers Watson, a national firm specializing in workforce opinion survey research. Given the necessary levels of caution among UC staff about clicking on links in emails from unfamiliar senders, please be assured that Willis Towers Watson is UC’s trusted partner.
Union-represented employees will not participate in the survey because UC receives their feedback through their union representatives during the collective bargaining process.
