University of California and AFSCME – Service (SX) and Patient Care Technical (EX) Public Notice for Sunshine

The current Service Contract Agreement and the Patient Technical Care Agreement between the University of California (“the University”), and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local Union 3299 (“AFSCME 3299”) provides for successor contract negotiations in 2023.  Systemwide bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.

The University will convene initial public notice meetings on December 12, 2023, from 2pm to 4:00 pm and on December 19, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm via Zoom.
