2025 Sunshine – Public Notice – UCB/LBNL and ACBCTC Skilled Trades (KB) Successor Bargaining

The University of California, Berkeley (“Campus”), the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (“Lab”) (collectively, “University”), and the Alameda County Building and Construction Trades Council (“Union”) will negotiate a successor collective bargaining agreement for the Skilled Trades Unit (KB). Local bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.

The University will convene initial public notice meetings on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
