University of California, San Diego (K6) Public Notice

UC— Teamsters LOCAL 2010 K6 Skilled Trades Bargaining Unit

The Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act, which governs collective bargaining of higher education employers in the state of California, requires that the university as the employer provide notice to the public before it begins negotiations with an exclusive representative.

The University of California, San Diego and the Teamsters Local 2010 K6 Skilled Trades Union, will locally bargain a new labor contract following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.

The University will convene two initial public notice meetings on:
