UCPath phone line reopens on Monday, July 27, 2020

It’s official — as of Monday, July 27, 2020, all UC locations have made the transition to UCPath to manage their payroll and benefit services. Just in time for the big day, new phone hardware and software have made it possible for UCPath associates to once again answer calls.

UCPath’s phone line (855-982-7284) is now available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except UC holidays).

UCPath phone interpreter services

Did you know that UCPath offers callers the option to select customer service in Spanish? 

When you call UCPath at 855-982-7284, select option #4 for assistance from a Spanish speaking UCPath associate. To assist callers in other languages, UCPath partners with Language Lines, an on-demand language service offering assistance in more than 240 languages.

UCPath online is a secure way to access your information 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Sign into your UCPath account to view and manage your benefits, update your personal information, or ask questions using “Ask UCPath Center” or online live chat.
