UCPath is getting a new look! Here’s what to expect, including downtime.

On July 14, 2025, the UCPath employee self-service portal will be upgraded to provide a more streamlined and intuitive user experience!

Our new look and feel will make it easier than ever to access and update your pay, benefits and personal information, thanks to a refreshed, modern layout, improved navigation and mobile-friendly access.

Prepare for system downtime

To accommodate the portal changes, the UCPath system will be offline from Friday, July 11, at noon through Monday, July 14, at 6 a.m. (PT). 

All UCPath services, including talent acquisition management, will be unavailable to employees, managers and transactors during the downtime — including UCPath customer service associates. If you require account assistance within the next week, we encourage you to contact UCPath as soon as possible so that we can assist you in advance of the transition.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the UCPath experience for more than 230,000 UC community members. And, stay tuned for more information about the updated site next week!
