The following is a message from Dan Russi, Executive Director, UCPath Center

To ensure the health and safety of UCPath employees, the UCPath Leadership Team has made the decision to shift all employees to remote work effective March 20, 2020.

Employees should continue to submit questions and requests online using “Ask UCPath Center.” UCPath phone service will be unavailable until further notice.

Although we are temporarily modifying our services, our highest priority is to ensure uninterrupted payroll, benefits and other critical services for the UC community.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate these unprecedented circumstances.

Getting help from UCPath

Although UCPath is not providing phone service at this time as the UCPath team is working remotely, you can still get the help you need. As noted above, you can continue to sign into your UCPath account and ask questions using “Ask UCPath Center” or the UCPath online live chat feature.

If you’re a newly hired employee with questions about your benefits, UCPath benefits webinars will be held as scheduled.

If you have an urgent concern about your benefits and you’re unable to sign into your UCPath account, please contact your local Human Resources office for assistance.
