In early 2025, UC Systemwide Human Resources will conduct a comprehensive faculty and staff employee benefits survey. At UC, we value our employees and make every effort to provide a positive work experience. We recognize the importance of offering a competitive, high-value benefits portfolio that works for you. To achieve this, we must understand your needs and identify where our current employee benefits offerings could offer more support (e.g., health and welfare, retirement, home and family, etc.).

The purpose of the survey is to capture your feedback about our employee benefits programs. If you receive the survey, it will ask specific questions about your opinions of the employee benefits programs we offer. Your feedback will help us determine how our offerings can be refined to better serve you.
Your opinion matters
The survey results will be thoroughly analyzed and will inform our future planning, so your participation and perspective are essential and greatly appreciated.
The survey will be conducted by a third-party survey administrator whose name will be released on UCnet prior to the survey launch. Emails to participate will be sent during Q1 2025. (We will share another update on the launch date before the survey is issued.) Randomly selected participants will receive a personalized link to complete the survey on an approved external site hosted by the survey administrator.
Survey responses are anonymous and confidential
The survey administrator collects responses and houses them in their proprietary database. No one within UC can access individual survey response data. Your participation is critical to making this effort a success.
