The UC Internal Consulting Community of Practice and UCOP Strategy and Management Program Office are launching a systemwide lunch-and-learn series, and all UC staff are welcome to participate!
Taking place on Feb. 4, from 12 – 1 p.m. (PT) via Zoom, the first session will focus on strategic planning at UC. Join colleagues from across UC for this lunch-and-learn kick-off event, designed for anyone interested in understanding how strategy can guide teams and UC locations, especially in uncertain times.
