As announced last month, UC Systemwide Human Resources is collaborating with Deloitte Consulting LLP to conduct a comprehensive faculty and staff employee benefits survey. After a temporary postponement, the benefits survey will launch on April 11, 2025 — you’ll receive an email with a personalized link to complete the survey. The survey will be administered on an approved external site, hosted by Deloitte Consulting LLP.
To make this effort a success, your participation is critical. Survey responses are confidential and de-identified to protect your privacy. Responses will be collected and analyzed by Deloitte. No one within UC will have the ability to access individual survey response data.
Tell us your thoughts. The purpose of the survey is to capture your feedback around our employee benefits programs. The survey asks specific questions about your opinions of the employee benefits programs we offer. Your feedback will help us determine how our offerings can be refined to better serve you.
Your opinion matters! The results of the survey will be thoroughly analyzed and will inform our future planning, so your participation and perspective is essential and greatly appreciated.
