This month, UC Systemwide Human Resources will collaborate with Deloitte Consulting LLP to conduct a comprehensive employee benefits survey for faculty and staff.

The purpose of the survey is to capture your feedback on our employee benefits programs. The survey asks specific questions about your opinions of the employee benefits programs we offer. Your feedback will help us determine how our offerings can be refined to better serve you.

The survey results will be thoroughly analyzed and will inform our future planning, so your participation and perspective are essential and greatly appreciated.
Emails to participate will launch the week of March 17, 2025.
Survey responses are anonymous and confidential
Responses will be collected and analyzed by Deloitte. No one within UC will have the ability to access individual survey response data. To make this effort a success, your participation is critical.
