All UC staff are invited to join the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) for their next All-Staff Town Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (PT).
This virtual event will feature a presentation from the Benefits Programs & Strategy Team in Systemwide Human Resources, who will provide an overview of 2026 Open Enrollment and share updates on important changes to this year’s benefits offerings. This session is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from UC’s benefits experts and get your questions answered ahead of the Open Enrollment period. (If you attended CUCSA’s similar town hall last fall, you’ll know this is a session you won’t want to miss! Watch last year’s event here.)

Live event attendance will be limited to the first 1,000 participants. Please register even if you aren’t able to join us — we will provide an event recording to all registrants.
About CUCSA
The Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) is a systemwide staff advisory group representing all ten campuses, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, and the Office of the President. CUCSA’s mission is to maintain and enhance communication between staff and UC leadership, advocate on behalf of staff interests, and provide a staff perspective on issues that impact the University community.
The CUCSA delegation is made up of two representatives from each location who serve as active members of their local staff assemblies. Each year, CUCSA forms workgroups to focus on current topics affecting staff, producing recommendations to inform and guide UC leadership.
CUCSA members serve on numerous systemwide committees, ensuring the staff voice is included in decisions that shape the University’s future. Over the years, CUCSA has been instrumental in advocating for important benefits and initiatives, including the creation of the Staff Advisors to the Regents (STARS) program, expanded family benefits, and systemwide staff engagement surveys.
