It’s important to keep your personal contact information up to date in UCPath — even if you’re leaving UC. Here are a couple of good reasons to stay connected:
- If you leave money in the UC Retirement Plan (UCRP), you’ll need to notify UC any time you move.
- You can continue to access important records (such as your W-2 form) through the UCPath Former Employee Access site.
Logging in to UCPath online as a former employee
As long as your personal email address is up to date in UCPath, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours of the official end of your UC employment with the information you’ll need to log in to your former employee account — your employee ID and your system-generated password.
If you leave UC without a current personal email on file, call the UCPath Center — a representative can update your email address and make sure you receive your login information.
Accessing your information
Once you have access to UCPath for former employees, you’ll be able to view and download your earning statements and W-2 forms for payroll information that UCPath processed. You’ll also be able to keep your personal contact information up to date.
You will have access to your former employee account for up to three years after your separation date, so make sure to download any information you need for your records.
