Getting help from UCPath and the UC Retirement Administration Service Center

In observance of official UC holidays, phone lines for UCPath and the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) will be closed on Dec. 23-24 and Dec. 30-31, 2021. If you have a question about your health benefits, please contact your plan directly.

Please note that monthly paychecks and retirement benefit checks for December will be issued on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, due to the New Year’s holiday.

There are a few additional changes to usual operations for UCPath and the UC Retirement Administration Service Center you should note:

  • UCPath: Due to a necessary upgrade, UCPath online services will be unavailable from noon on Friday, December 10 until 6 a.m. on Monday, December 13. During this planned maintenance window, employees and the UCPath Center will not have access to UCPath. Please plan accordingly and make any necessary UCPath changes prior to the outage.
  • RASC: In addition to the above closures for official UC holidays, RASC representatives will not be available to answer phones or respond to UCRAYS secure messages from December 27 through 29, due to the Office of the President’s winter curtailment. During that time, callers who need urgent assistance regarding their health insurance before RASC returns to normal operations on Monday, January 3 may leave a voice message and request a return call.
