What’s your Open Enrollment strategy: Do you keep the same benefits every year and hope for the best, pick the plan with the lowest monthly premium or go for companies and plan names you’re familiar with?

If you’re ready to try a more informed approach to choosing your benefits, ALEX is here to help.

Think of ALEX as your own personal benefits counselor — available 24/7 on your computer, phone or tablet. ALEX is a fun and friendly guide that gets to know you, so you get just the information you need and understand all your options.

Everyone’s situation varies, and ALEX can help you determine which plan is best for you, with variables like:

  • Whether you need frequent medical care or just emergency coverage
  • Covering yourself vs. covering your whole family
  • Living in California vs. out of state

For the same great coaching in Spanish, check out ALEX Go. Just click on the Spanish language link on the ALEX launch screen.

Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, and ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022.

Watch your mailbox the week of October 24 for the Open Enrollment brochure, which will include a link and QR code to ALEX and ALEX Go. The Open Enrollment website will also be live on October 24.
