Did you know? All UC employees can access free online professional development resources through UC’s subscription to the Gartner Learning & Development Leadership Council. Gartner is a leading research and advisory company that provides insights, best practices and tools to help individuals and organizations grow and achieve strategic priorities. Here are five great reasons to take advantage of it today.

You heard that right: All UC employees can access Gartner’s content at no charge through the university’s subscription. Here’s how to get started.

  1. Go to the Gartner homepage: cebglobal.com
  2. Enter your UC email address and select Submit.
  3. Gartner will send an email to confirm your access, including a temporary password. Follow the instructions in this message to log into the site.

How to navigate Gartner

Once you’re logged in, use the top search bar to type in keywords for desired information. Select All My Sites, then use the magnifying glass option to initiate the search. Results will include all available Gartner memberships’ content related to your keywords.  You can also save your favorites for easier future reference.
