We have lots of resources to help you understand your Open Enrollment choices and how to enroll.
Who to contact
Information sessions and office hours
For more personalized support, attend an information session at your location sponsored by your health care facilitator or virtual office hours sponsored by the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC).
Register for an open session, with answers to questions on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every Thursday from noon to 1:30 p.m. (PT), from Oct. 22 through Nov. 19, 2026.
