PUBLIC NOTICE
The current collective bargaining agreement between the University of California and UPTE –
CWA 9119 (RX/TX bargaining Units), provides for successor contract negotiations in 2024.
Bargaining may begin following completion of the public notice meetings scheduled below.
The University will convene two initial public notices meetings on:
