Craft/Zone Lead Sr. – 8221

Performs lead duties for a campus zone composed of trade workers, apprentices and facilities workers. Plans and implements a variety of general maintenance and repair projects and leads response to daily maintenence and repair requests in assigned zone. Performs and leads full range of skilled trade tasks including work in incumbent’s specialized craft in assigned zone and campus-wide. Additionally, acting as project manager, has campus-wide responsibility for coordination in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and operation of major infrastructure systems.
