Has responsibility for the stewardship of the campus / medical center / OP overall IT architecture and / or is recognized as the campus / medical center / OP top expert in one or more technology areas of high criticality to a large-scale enterprise architecture. Works on most complex issues with little or no campus / medical center / OP precedent where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Key Resp 01	Works on issues that impact design of future concepts, products or services. Designs and develops complex users’ system interfaces, business software prototypes and software products or major enhancements to existing software.
