Custom ScopeApplies professional training concepts to deliver classroom training and / or onsite troubleshooting to system end-users. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. This title is bargaining unit only. There should never be an uncovered position.  Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced training professional to conduct classroom and at-elbow training for clinical and non-clinical systems end-users with complex system workflows and maintains training environments. This title is bargaining unit only. There should never be an uncovered position.  Uses advanced professional training and development expertise to design, develop and maintain the master training environment for assigned clinical and/ or business applications module(s). Responsible for quality control and training effectiveness. Typically, the bargaining unit job code should be used for work covered by this title. However, if the position is not covered by the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (HEERA) due to one of the following reasons—(1) Confidential status, where duties normally require access to confidential information that significantly influences the development of management’s bargaining or grievance positions; (2) employed outside of California at a location with 100 or fewer employees; or (3) Supervisory status, where duties include supervising employees as a regular part of the job—then the position should be listed under the generic title without the “HX” ending.As a recognized expert in health applications training, applies comprehensive knowledge of EMR systems, professional training concepts, and industry practices to lead highly complex projects that have critical impact throughout the health system, system-wide, and / or among hosted community hospitals.
