Key Responsibilities | Under general supervision, performs diagnosis, psychotherapy and evaluation of cases with limited to moderate complexity on cases that are not pre-screened. Receives regular feedback on clinical techniques employed on assigned cases. Under clinical supervision and in collaboration with other counseling psychologists, receives advice on unusual or uniquely complex client responses or on problems outside their area of expertise. Gathers, analyzes and monitors the status and progress of individual cases and projects. Obtains guidance on complex psychotherapy cases. | Performs diagnosis and psychotherapy on a full range of cases that are not pre-screened. Professionally responsible for the soundness and validity of recommendations and services but is expected to seek advice from senior specialists on unusual or uniquely complex client responses or on problems outside their area of expertise. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, summarizes and monitors the status and progress of individual cases and projects and may participate in the training of lower-level professionals and paraprofessionals. Implements related business processes.
