UC Human Resources wants to know what you think about your university-sponsored medical plan.

To that end, HR is launching its annual medical plan satisfaction survey on Monday, June 30. But unlike in previous years when a small sample of employees and retirees was surveyed, this year all faculty, staff and retirees enrolled in a UC-sponsored plan are being asked to provide feedback. Retirees enrolled in Medicare plans will not receive the survey.

“The university invests heavily in this area and we realize the importance of these plans to our participants,” said Dwaine Duckett, vice president of human resources.  “This feedback will help us with planning and shaping our offerings for future years.”

With about 20 questions, the survey takes roughly 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and confidential.

Faculty and staff with a work email address on file will receive an email with a link to the survey.

Retirees and employees without work email addresses will receive a postcard in the mail asking them to go online to complete the survey.

You can also take the survey here (benefitsurvey.ucop.edu) from June 30 through July 15.

Institutional Research & Academic Planning at the Office of the President is administering the survey and tabulating the results.
