Class Concept
Under general direction, incumbents give dental examinations to students to determine whether they meet the requirements of the University's Medical Examination Program. Examining Dentists examine the teeth of students as required in the Entrance Medical Examination Program, report findings of dental examinations, recormnend follow-up 'dental care, and perform other re lated duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of the legal requirements for the practice of dentistry in California as determined by the California Board of Dental Examiners; and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
