UC Human Resources values your opinions, and would appreciate your feedback about your university-sponsored Medicare plan.
The medical plan satisfaction survey for Medicare members begins on March 15, 2017, administered by DSS Research on behalf of UC. Randomly selected members of UC Medicare plans will receive a survey package with instructions for completing the survey by mail or over the phone. Beginning May 1, DSS will follow up by phone with survey participants who have not replied by mail. The survey takes roughly 20 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
Surveys will focus on member experiences in 2016, helping UC Human Resources plan and shape offerings for future years. Because UC made changes to the administrators of the PPO plans in 2017, Health Net Seniority Plus and Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage are the only UC Medicare plans that will be included in this year’s survey.
Survey results will be shared in late October prior to Open Enrollment.
